Calhoun County Court at Law No. 1 is located in Courtroom B on the second floor of the courthouse. Please note that cell phones and purses are not permitted inside the courtroom.

This court hears a variety of matters, including:

• Class A and Class B misdemeanor cases
• Civil cases within the court’s jurisdiction
• Probate matters
• Guardianship cases
• Juvenile matters
