COUNTY CLERK RESOURCES

The County Clerk’s offices contain a library of records, such as deeds, plats and other records pertaining to property located within the county. These records are open to the public and provide valuable data regarding the size, shape and location, legal description and property owner of all property situated in the County. The County Clerk is the clerk of the Commissioners' Court, County Court at Law #1, Probate Court and is the local registrar for Calhoun County.

Search Official Public Records online from 1992 - Present through County Government Records. Register online and select the county you are searching for.

Search under "Both Names" by Last Name, First Name.

MARRIAGE LICENSES

* Please note, no marriage licenses will be issued after 4:00 pm..

* There is a 72 hour waiting period after the license is issued.

*The marriage license is valid for 90 days after the the license is issued.
